1. Detection Stage
Legal system is slow, depends on different legislations that differs by the country and even the state, and it’s based in so many laws that is nearly impossible to know except for the lawyers. As result, something that has to be an intuitive application of our moral principles, it’s a lavish maze far away from the real world, that creates sentences usually simply ridiculous (just think about some laughable yankee laws).

2. Philosophical Stage
An ethical decision done by a public entity affects us all. Therefore, it’s reasonable that we judge it. And maybe this judgement can force these entities to act in a better way, instead of pursuing always their own interest.
Sometimes a fast judgement could be influenced by prejudices, but often this moral intuition could be more accurate that a labyrinth of legal technicalities executed by skilled shysters. This alternative system is based on that global intuition.
3. Gamification Stage
- First, the people send evidences, that could be news or data with moral implications about any public entity, to be assessed by the community.
2. If the evidences have enough relevance, the entity enter a trial mode and gain visibility. This trial covers all the evidences, related entities, etc. The system will also notify the entity that is being judged by the community, so it can prepare a defense.
The result of the trial, and the points obtained in other trials (including the ones this entity is directly related) is reflected in an Ethical scale from -100 to 100.

4. The position in the scale triggers a sentence that is also editable by the community and usually involves the people to act in an specific way towards the entity, like a boycot or something more specific.
5. Finally there is a following of the sentence showing the financial results of the entity afterwards, news about how the entity is trying to fix its errors (obtaining positive votes), community actions to raise awareness, etc.
4. Action Stage
The needed tool would be a mix between a wikipedia-like database and a social network to enable all these actions to the community.
5. Trascendence Stage
The platform could expand to include popular initiatives about implementing social changes, specially with the help of some other Gaminds, like the economical or political one.
Even when this Gamind aims for a global justice, most of the sentences, trials and initiatives will operate in a local level, so it affects both Epic Goals and Epic Missions. Example:
The accounting could be done in many ways: money, people involved in the action, planted trees, etc. Facebook likes are easy to do, but quite ineffective.
6. Production
Plan to do it:
